The Alpaca Guinea Pig is similar to the Texel guinea pig in that both have curly fur. However, the alpaca guinea pig has a shorter and rounder body. Unfortunately, this furry animal has a shorter lifespan than other guinea pigs. This is what requires this small animal to require proper and correct care. Even so, the care is still reasonably straightforward.
